I offer counseling and psychotherapy with adults as well as children and adolescents. I generally work with people who are experiencing trauma and loss, depression, anxiety, a life crisis; self esteem problems and other kinds of emotional difficulties.

I have experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds as well as with survivors of torture and trauma. I have previously worked as an academic, specialising in cross-cultural psychology.

My therapeutic style involves a person-centered, holistic approach that addresses the psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of a person’s life. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques including: Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness-based techniques, Solution Focused therapy and other strengths based approaches, Narrative therapy and a Family Systems approaches and Creative/ Arts based techniques. The techniques are designed to support your capacity to thrive, to move beyond current blocks you may be experiencing and eempower you to sustain long-term well-being.
