I work with clients who are struggling to adjust to a chronic physical or mental health condition, and individuals who are going through a big change in their life, including after high school, fi nishing university, following a job loss or redundancy, getting married, having children, following a relationship break up or divorce, following the death of a loved one, or retirement.
My main areas of expertise are around sleep problems, recovery following trauma, relationship di fficulties, identity concerns, existential concerns and adjustment problems.
