My therapeutic style involves a person-centered, holistic approach that addresses the psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of a person’s life. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques including: Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and other mindfulness-based techniques, Solution Focused therapy and other strengths based approaches, Narrative therapy and a Family Systems approaches and Creative/ Arts based techniques.
