I work with clients who are experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties generally stemming from stress, life transitions, or ongoing mental health concerns.
My areas of interest are, anxiety and depression. I work with those who want to improve communication and relationships within the family. I also work with young adults who are experiencing stress relating to academic, employment, or relationship problems.
My therapeutic style is largely Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based, but I also use a combination of solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness based interventions, depending on the needs of the client.
I see clients who have:
