I work with clients who are motivated to engage in a process of addressing the obstacles that hamper their pursuit of a fulfilling life - one with meaning, purpose and satisfying relationships.
I have integrated a career as an international expert on leadership and organisational psychology, with a career in medicine as a specialist in Psychiatry. I also draw on a background as an elite athlete, with applied experience utilising tools for high-performance. This combination of backgrounds enables me to take a 'whole-person' perspective. I can address medical and medication options where appropriate, while engaging in meaningful psychotherapeutic and behavioural approaches, along with strategies for high-performance.
I aim to assist my clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, including not only problematic patterns, but also their key strengths, in order to foster growth and sustainable changes towards the achievement of life goals.
I see clients who are experiencing challenges managing low or anxious mood, high stress, patterns of strained relationships (professional/personal/marital), difficulties adjusting to major life changes, or uncertainty about how to live an authentic meaningful life. I often work with clients in managerial roles, or who are dealing with work-related issues such as occupational traumas.
