I work primarily with children, young adults, adults and seniors between the ages of 13 to 75 years. I work with those experiencing Depression and Anxiety and who have ADHD, Spectrum disorders, and Autism.
I help people improve their mental and emotional health and to enjoy a better quality of life by focusing on a person’s strengths not just the disorder by using a holistic integrative approach with both medications and therapies.
I have experience with a number of therapeutic methods and have expertise in cognitive therapy, supportive therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction therapy, meditation, leadership and negotiation skills, and the Tomatis Method.
I have completed a Postgraduate training in Psychiatry, a research fellowship from San-Antonio Texas, USA and am a fellow of the RANZCP. I am also the author of the ‘The Laughing Monk’.
